Rest of the World: 2 – 3 weeks

Made to order items will be fulfilled within a month & shipping estimates are added to this timeframe. (Deliveries may take longer during the holiday season).

Once we have given the carrier your order, you will assume the risk of loss/damage and any additional fees charged such as taxes/customs duties. If you have not received the package within the above timeframes or you receive your goods damaged, get in touch so we can lodge an enquiry.

Companion creates handmade items. Please bear in mind the flaws inherent – making each piece unique. Likewise, where vintage elements are integrated, they may carry traces of prior lives.

We will accept the return of a purchase in its original condition if there is any fault with our product. We are unable to refund postage charges and an additional payment for shipping is required when exchanging items.

For any returns of faulty orders email us within a week of receiving your order.
